TESTEMONIALS |
"For
almost ten years I have had a black cloud over
my head and I thought that the only way I could
ever remove it was to spend tens of thousands of
dollars with a lawyer.
Thank you so much
for all your personal attention during this
process. I can't believe how easy and
inexpensive the whole thing was. If ever there
is anything I can do for you, please call on
me."

"I am going to
recommend your service to anyone I know that has
a criminal record. The misdemeanor I had
prevented me from getting my nursing license but
it is expunged! Thank you! If I can do
anything for any of you, please let me
know!"

Records
Removal Services assists people with completing
paperwork for an expungement, seal, or pardon
followed by criminal database updates, or
criminal database updates for people who already
have a court-ordered seal or expungement.
Current laws allow your criminal records to be
visible to everyone resulting in the
loss of jobs, housing, and
credit opportunities.
In the United States today,
most criminal records are cleared in order to
prevent further
job,
housing, and credit discrimination (see collateral consequences of
criminal charges below). The
process for
removing
an offense from your criminal record
varies from
state to state.
Records Removal Services also
utilizes a secured online system to ensure
secured communication regarding your case with
us. |
Our primary goal at Records
Removal Services is to remove your criminal
record from public view in order to remove
barriers in employment, housing, foreign travel,
or credit. Records Removal
Services only charges a one-time fee
of $300.00 to expunge, seal, set-aside, or
pardon your criminal record. How much is a clear criminal
record worth to you?

Consequences of Criminal Charges:
Felons often
face additional consequences such as
disenfranchisement, loss of federal loans for
education (for drug charges) or eviction
from public housing.
In addition to the loss of
voting rights in many states, exclusion from
certain lines of work, prohibition from obtaining
certain licenses, exclusion from purchase and
possession of firearms or ammunition, and
ineligibility to run for or be elected to public
office (even if adjudication is withheld).
|
There are many advantages to
receiving an expungement, seal, or pardon followed by
criminal database updates that can make your
life simpler and easier.
Criminal histories are maintained by law enforcement
agencies on all levels of government.
Private companies, local police departments, sheriff's offices, and specialty
police agencies may maintain their own internal databases.
On the state level, state police, troopers, highway patrol,
correctional agencies, and other law enforcement agencies
also maintain separate databases. |

Expungement is a process, not an
event. Even after your expungement is
granted, it is useless until
government and privately owned criminal
databases are updated.
In most cases, criminal databases
have 180 days to remove your name from their
database if a pardon, expungement, seal, or
non-disclosure is granted.

"Thank you and everyone at
Records Removal Services for expunging my name
from criminal background check companies.
I know
I lost patience in the process at times, and was
probably a horrible client, but the end result
is that my criminal past is expunged....erased,
and I cannot thank you
enough."
David Sea
Bright, New Jersey |
"I never thought this day would
come, a day when my previous life was expunged
forever and no one will ever know. I thought my
education would be useless after being
convicted, and for more than 5 years it has
followed and haunted me.
I do not know if you
truly realize how much you have helped me, but I
will always be
grateful."

Francisco,
