WHAT WE DO:

Records Removal Services™ will assist you in clearing your criminal and/or arrest record.

This includes felony and misdemeanor expungement, seals, or clemency requests.

INFORMATION:

Automatic Qualification

(dismissals, innocent, didn't go to trial, not prosecuted, deferred adjudication, or a deferred sentence)

Disqualifying Offenses

(a list of offences Records Removal Services™ will not assist anyone in getting expunged, sealed, or pardoned)

If you have been arrested a criminal record was created in your name. Many people believe that if their case was dismissed or were never convicted they do not have a criminal record.

Unfortunately this is not the case!

You can find just about anything you want on the internet today; if you have an arrest record or criminal history (even misdemeanors) anyone can access this information!

In some cases you can be denied employment, housing, credit, and many other social services because of your record.
